Everyone understands that the call on Fri was bad. However, who is to say that they when cheap. It could have been the vendor that dropped the ball and not the ACLH folks.
Personally, the fact that they are even having a call makes me nervous. If they had great news, they would publish it in a PR. To me a conference call says, "We are trying to get a contract and here are the challenges we are dealing with, be patient."
