I assume it is one of the goals of BGMO; become a respected player in the 3th world green industry. They've had nothing so far so no reason at all to report financial state, become fully transparent.

I think now, once they have the funding; they can invest. Moving to a higher board and become fully transparent to gain all possible investor's trust that were doubtful before. PPS will become higher => more and bigger funding-deals can be made.

I believe A/S was 81 m so at a price of +- 3 $ , other companies aswell could make investements easier with less dilution.

Anyway, your statements about the effective PR's are very true. But I believe this may be a turning point. Last PR clearly states 'The funding has been deposited in the accounts' and that was the ONLY thing most of us wanted to hear. The why, how, from who, however is as important but I've no doubts that will be explained by the end of may.

Greets.

Kudos! Very well said. Pentony and Eversull should know that and just for the sake of their own reputation, should have pressured Bergamo's management to conform to some ethical standards of reporting.

I guess these PR companies are small and have no stndards of their own and would do anything for pennies. :(
