I reread your 2 recent posts. I would like to bring to your attention two errors in your posts. You said he borrowed from the company. You should have said lend the company.In your second post you wrote he charged usury interest. The meaning of usury is charging excessive interest rates. Just want to clarify your posting. He did not charge usury rates. You are correct that companies have the choice whether interest is to be charged, it's not written in stone. I call it bashing Rik, when you accuse him of charging usury interest rates. Let's put this to bed now, and root, root for the home team NPHC.
