..just got off the phone w/someone.. they said this most likely means something big is coming and they're setting main investors up (the 260 ??) reason for the call was to ask if this would be trade-able in the short term to increase my position.. they said NO, not worth the risk of getting caught..?? that with the float as low at it is.. it's really more about obtaining shares the insiders know will be worth much more.. / This is just an opinion /
