Fg you said about Mcbride "His answer was a categorical "NO" and I believed him because the man is certainly not a fool" I have not been able to believe a thing Mcbride has said in a long time now.. he has obviously told some stories and made some unbelievable claims.. How can you say you believ him? and you claim he is not a fool? Are you sure? My definition of a fool basically describes most of his actions .. he has also been accused of posting on RB ..and been identified by another CEO as the poster... he has made some incredible claims which did not happen and still havent... he has had a brush with the law with fraud which is serious as a CEo and mentioned nothing about it, perhaps waiting for it to pass without being noticed... And this is not somewhat foolish? I hate to disagree and not meaning to sound like a basher.. but... Thes things have all happened ,,IMHO!

CIVILLY is why I am here

I will freely admit that I have fallen into the trap all of the longs at RB set for serious question askers. They freely post rude comments about you personally & your family in order to avoid the tough questions & answers. I, and many others, fall into it and attack right back, therefore forgetting the initial question you asked.

I am here looking for Civility & some good opinions & answers.

On the RB board you cant get an answer or opinion without it including : Drunk, Wife, Paid poster etc...

anyway.....

I am just confused or amazed that a comapny, ANY COMPANY, can issue shares oversea's and NOT have to disclose them?

How do they account for the revenue ?

You say they can sell as quickly as 30-60 days?

Now say a company does issue REG S shares, How is this money accounted for? If it is not disclosed that the shares were issued then the revenue must show up somewere?

Please advise? and thanks for the reply. I promise the board my "slant" & "story" will be kept within the TOS of IHUB.
