I think you are right. the RS thought did not take into account all the PR that ACLH would be getting during the BP ACCIDENT.

I have seen ACLH mentioned more than once on the EPA suggestion board as a company that could help with the cleanup.

I am almost 100% sure that the field testing is either going on or will be done or is done.

On the EPA site they show the step by step process that it takes to get a product on the EPA list.

It involves field and lab testing so I am sure something like that is happening. If BP and the EPA are taking suggestions on their websites from JOE BLOW then I am sure they are looking at ALL OPTIONS!!!!
