No, it's not new news. I've been posting about it for a long time, now. Tracking the increases in A/S has been an ongoing affair. Wasn't easy, either, with the way things were handled with the R/S, then A/S increase combo fisaco.
The dilutive nature of the convertibles even predates all that!
