Thanks. I have pulled myself from another pink sheet stock that seemed to have convenient excuses for not doing basic business responsibilities such as their filing. I think this is a trend in the pinks. It is very frustrating for me. It seems that this "transparent" rating isn't that great at all, because the numbers are not audited. There have been some companies on the pinks that post bogus numbers. It would seem that if a biz on the pinks were really out to better their place, that they would aggressively be on top of their financials, and have them audited to obtain the higher tiers. Transparent seems to mean that only some kind of numbers are posted, be they real or fake.

I am new to the pinks, am learning fast.

i really don't like to sound cynical, but i have to ask this question because i believe it needs to be asked. not so much of you! in fact this is for anyone on iHUB who is interested (or not) in IHSN. 'jp', did you by any chance save to file or for that matter copy the annual report filing for 12-2010, that Chris pulled? I went back to TD ameritrade, Nasdaq, and the PS's and you are absolutely on top of things, because that report is now where to be found(at least I could not find it, and that does not necessarily mean squat!). It would be nice if someone on this board or any other method to be used to garner a copy of that particular report to compare with the revised report you indicated Chris will refile. I would also like to know what was so important that the report had to be completely removed rather than just filing a revised edition. Yes, I suppose I am cynical, but when this like that happen right after the ordeal we just went thru last week, then I have one of two alarms: cause for concern/curiosity; or cause for alarm. Just asking and Chris just telling you, are still just hearsay, unless we have the actual reports to review for ourselves what was so important that it need to be added to make the report more informative.
Now, listen 'jp', please!!!! Do not take offense for anything said here, as I am NOT questioning your vorasity in any way shape or form. And as well, anyone else reading this on iHUB, my comments here are not to be mis-construed as meaning anything other than me seeking info from 'jp', and nothing more. Just let it be known that I am ery appreciative of everything 'jp' has done to fullfill the DD for just about everyone on this IHSN board. As I said, I am grateful to him for all of it.
of course, all of the abopve is stricly IMHO.
