Rames, thanks, that's very helpful. I was in NEP for a while, but not now. Currently my only Chinese small cap holding is CNAM, which hasn't turned out so well, at least so far.

Russell Reconstitution and China Stocks

I have updated the screen to include the new rules for country determination. Unfortunately most China Small Caps will no longer be eligible.

From my screens there are only a total of eight China Small Caps listed in the U.S. that are both incorporated AND headquartered in the U.S. - most current Russell 2000 members from China should get deleted and only three stocks are likely to be added (according to my screens, which might be incorrect as I didn't look into asset locations for all those names): AXN, NEP and LLEN.

Rames: nice catch on the new Russell index inclusion rules ! I was not aware of the change until seeing your post. Unfortunately it means that a few of our stocks will be dropped from the indexes this June and will therefore come under some selling pressure by index funds. Probably just a tiny fraction of daily volume though, so no big deal.

Rames.....this is a great forward looking event that we can all make some $$$$ on....I think it's a good IDEA to make that a sticky but you need to repost your message as they have to be less than 48 hours old to use the "sticky" feature....
