tech0200, borrowed -- or "just located" by your broker

in some one's margin account would also do.

Broker could also "locate" stock that has already been tagged as "borrowed" many times over.

There is no naked shorting, as SEC does not enforce it and broker has 10 days to "borrow". Same old Same old.

Of some interest to me: why are there the $2.50 puts, and what would happen to the price (temporarily only that is) IF after ASCO the public or Kramer takes the stock up? Would just love to see any PPHM shorters get squeezed.
