like I said Whoop.. if you really want to split hairs that .039 projection is kind of an insult... The pulled the reverse split after selling off the oil property and changing the business model to oil services... now they are diluting and buying back into wells... but at a fraction of the value. pre and post....

same modus operandi just a couple of years later... .039 is that while they dilute? or after the dilution?
