Unfortunately they need money to get their rights defended. So as long as there's no actual claim being paid ...

The danger is that they will run out of money to pay for financing the lawsuits, even if they're right. Luckely in the USA you have the possibility to get a lawyer on the arangement "no luck no pay". So even without money you can get legal counceling 'for free' if the legal firm believes in your case. Here in Belgium it is prohibited.

There are dilution...the company is selling shares to survive....what is always a bad thing...however is strange because they have a good business plan...and i suspect that the PPS will go up with good news...i am buying some shares.
