I'm not selling, and if Wakl would loan me the money, I would buy more ASAP before it gets any higher. There seems to be enough self-interest for everybody to make it work. Maybe my retirement fund will be replenished after all.
But instead of Lake Manhattan, I like the name Lake New Amsterdam, per some clever person's earlier post -- Sweetwop? Schwing? Fess up.
