IPO failed at the $18 price tag. I have been told by Lilly that it is not officially cancelled. They have disclosed they are now pursuing a $12/share IPO. No idea if they are changing the old one to reflect a different price or if they are going to cancel/re-open a new IPO.
Due to the recent acquisitions, I would imagine that enough has changed that they may need to re-start the process.
