Share with me how "watching the tape" shows you proof positive that this is being shorted...all the way from 5 or just today?...

Unless you are personally a market maker or at their desk watching or have a web cam..or this shows up on the SHO Threshold List..this is simply a guess or an excuse on your part which ever you like, for the drop of the stock price.

Z How come the argument is made that JBII is not the typical penny stock but the typical penny stock excuses are being made for JBII?

Seems odd that it is treated like a penny stock when the stock is declining but it is a "NASDAQ" type stock on other days.
