Greetings fellow investors,
I am very new to investing FYI.
If the O/S is very high for exampe 3 billion, will this hold the stock from gaining value? Why wouldn't all these shareholders create support for the stock? If there are so many investors shouldn't this raise the value of the stock?
Is it even possible for a sub-penny stock reach a respectable value?
If the CEO and other insiders of Wellstar International knew they had a good product, why wouldn't they buy up their own stocks? Once they could prove their worth, their initial investment into their own stock would prove more rewarding than diluting the stock, correct?
Dilution could send us into a spiral of never gaining value? Why would a company with a good product and an attractive marketing approach dilute their shares?
Since they are in control of the business they have to hold a certain amount of shares, correct? So devaluing their shares sounds only like the works of a penny stock business.
I am not at all being negative about this WLSI. I invested a relatively small amount into this WLSI. Im just trying to understand the workings of some companys and their hand in the shareholders pocket.
Thanks in advance
HOPING FOR WLSI ^^^^^^$$$$$$$$$$$$
