The only thing with that is that the early bird gets the worm or in this case gets the contracts. It may take years and billions of dollars to clean up but the not everyone is going to get a piece of the pie. The ones who step up and have the equipment to do it will. Those companies will be the ones making all the money. Its as simple as that. I truly hope PMDP is one of those companies but its completely out of our hands and up to PMDP to make those contacts. Lets see a good Friday.
