I think your response is very flawed!!!!

When I hire a specialist(and I have hired hundreds over my work history), I look at their experience to determine if the value is there for the most accurate effort for my project. There is a HUGE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EXPERIENCE AND HEAD KNOWLEDGE!!!

I believe that KAT Exploration did their due diligence and hired the person most appropriate for their projects, not just a person who might do the job.

So Erock welcome back, you are saying all the doctors out there are the same.
in your opinion one is not better then the other
or one has no more experience then the other
then they should all be equal and get paid equally regardless of what one knows more then the other

I agree he is not going to make the minerals or locate them he is just going to certify they exist and advise based off core samples and other data if this is a stay or go property. in other words his lone opinion can crush the hearts of many or make us very happy. The good thing is he is not some kid out of school and has plenty of experience in the KATX state of MINE!! experience in speculating cannot be undervalued.

but he is just a geologist not a saint or someone that will guarantee we make millions.
