Also i replied to his email, and asked him Take a few extra minutes of your time to clarify the condition of the company and where it is heading.

- Did InfoSpi finalize the negotiations to lease a 40,000 Square feet warehouse with railroad access in Pompano Beach, Florida.? IF YES, did the company install InfoSpi's first Tire to Oil (T2O) facility ? no we didn’t finalize the leas agreement yet
- What is the result after the Negotiation With Obras Sanitarias Sociedad De Estado? We are progressing with this project
- What was Ma'ale Adumim response to the proposal for the disposal and conversion of Municipal Waste to energy to the city of Jerusalem? Cant comet on this issue
- Did The 10-K form that was filled in the 14th of May of 2010 represents the company condition and it assets as of today? Or the period before the year of 2010? Its for 2009
