The same reason any other stockholder would, you invest in a company and the stock tanks. The CEO clearly doesn't care and doing an RS to devalue your money fast. Why wouldn't us stockholders be unhappy. This also continues to fall, I would advise you to not average down, but sell your shares and buy back in when this is more stable and is closer to the bottom. I can see this going into the cents pretty soon.
