I totally agree, I think the CC will be very positive for this stock. Let's hope we're right??

No, but since they apparently haven't publicly(other than people who call & ask) mentioned the Pending R/S yet, somebody will no doubt(and as a betting person I assume that they expect this) ask about it. At which point they're going to have to buck up and put out the answer. It'll remain to be seen if that's received favorably.
