I believe they are trying to convey the fact that there is uncertainty being the first client of a sart - up in a nascent industry ( closed pbrs that is ). Therefore, BEHL allieviated some of their concerns by agreeing to partner with them to assist them through the whole process. Sounds like it may provide more assistance than the standard management consultation services.

I think they missed some punctuation, which normally adds clarity and readability:

"Due to the very nature of being the first commercial client, BioCentric has consented to a Partnership Agreement to provide the solution -- from innoculant to cashing the check -- from the buyer of the Omega 3 with EPA."

That's the best I could do.
