I believe they are trying to convey the fact that there is uncertainty being the first client of a sart - up in a nascent industry ( closed pbrs that is ). Therefore, BEHL allieviated some of their concerns by agreeing to partner with them to assist them through the whole process. Sounds like it may provide more assistance than the standard management consultation services.
I think they missed some punctuation, which normally adds clarity and readability:
