Penny stocks are not as tied to the market trends as the Big Board stocks are.

What penny stocks are tied to are Rumours and News. We see people leaving a stock when it starts to tumble a bit out of fear, or because so-and-so gave them a tip on another stock, and this one is just sitting here...

So then they Exit en-mass.

Here is what I know about this stock.

According to the CEO the Float is 196m as of a few weeks ago. That's fairly low all things considered.

They have delivered 900,000 gallons of diesel fuel through a wholely owned subsidiary company, through a test program in the Caribbean. They have just stated that they are expanding that program to Central and South America.

The actual revenues have not been disclosed on the delivery, so there is a lot of speculation as to profitablility. But it seems to me that they would have gone into the test with 3 things that they know for sure....

1. What they paid for the diesel fuel.
2. The daily rate of the ship.
3. The anticipated time of delivery.

This means that the only question is the wholesale price of the fuel on the day it was delivered, which does fluctuate a bit.

We also know that they are currently working on becoming a fully reporting company again. They have hired an Accounting firm to shore up the paperwork and to be the day to day accountants. They have also named the Auditor that will audit the financials.

The company has said that there will be a Name Change, and I can only presume that the name change will happen at the same time the financials are done. They have also indicated that there could be a move to another Board. We shall see about the last one.

So, in the *HOPEFULLY NEAR FUTURE* we shall see more information about the revenues from the Caribbean, expanded deliveries to maritime customers, expansion inside the USA via Railway, an update on Financials, name/ticker change and possibly a change to a different Trading Board.

So, IMO, once things line up here, and we get a steady release of news, we'll have MANY more eyes on this stock than we have now, and PPS will take care of itself.

Can't wait to see this story unfold. Despite what some of the naysayers think, I truely believe that this company is not only real but will blow everyone's mind.
