You info is about 3 months old. O/S is 227 million as of today. It went to 224m back in late Jan early feb. You can call Madison transfer agent for the latest info.
is this a good thing??? Coastertrains ... Welcome to the board. My experience is that just abt most of the comps do that to raise funds. I believe you know this. This dilution doesnt worry me at all because the CEO of this comp has some 20 yrs of stock broker/MM experience squared away in his career and the comp is totally transparent by its developments and the CEO responsive to the S/Hs. Conclusively, in spite of the lower SP with the SP holding level real well IMO, it doesnt disturb me personally knowing that the CEO has all of his ducks well situated.
