based on my watch list, it looks like some buy programs just kicked in, but CEM is not responding accordingly

it is outright out of control individuals "the market makers" that are allowed to have total cuntrol because this is not regulated hence they are allowed to manipulate and have total control of the price. The manipulation is absurd.The walkdown is hilarious yet it still irks me people bought million share blocks at 1.70 and the the market makers are allowed to rape and scare. Pathetic
