It's not a stock, it's an index fund that purchased treasury bonds and is owned by DWS Investors. You can call DWS directly and they will tell you they have nothing to do with Rufus Paul Harris or any company related to this scam.

Minimum investment is $2500 and as of the beginning of the month, they have about $3.5 Billion in assets.

There's no "trade" because the fund does not trade like a stock. It's a longterm hold on treasuries.
