I just can’t figure this one out. They update the financials (of course they’re late again now), and they kill off 5 billion of the float (if what were reading is correct), and don’t release a PR. For a company with no products or revenue, you’d think they’d gloss that pretty hard. Triple O’s soar on this kind of stuff all the time.
