The individual that holds the registration on the domain name "www.qtelevisionnetwork.com" really shouldn't have any legal right to it if they have no association with an entity named QTelevision Network.

Do you feel the same way about it? Laws were passed to prevent squatting on domain names that are associated with company names and their products, which was really rampant in the past.

My basic point is that QTelevision wouldn't have to negotiate anything with this individual. They could simply threaten to sue them for their having registered such a domain name (unless they are associated with the company in some way).

Just my thoughts on the matter. What are yours? :-)
