Correct except it is not purely news driven. With a potentially life changing event coming up in 3 weeks' time for CCTC it can always move up on speculation, anticipation and rumor. While I can not tell you if Hague will secure the mammoth $10.5bn contract over 30 years in 3 weeks or in any time period for that matter, I can tell you that the buying will increase once we get into June. JMO.
