I've already taken all of the risk. Why would I sell when the downside is almost non-existent, and the sky is the limit on the upside? I can sell my 10K worth of stock and end up with 1K of cash and 3 years of tax write-offs... or I could wait through BK and have a slim chance to make some serious bank (still getting 3 years worth of tax write-offs if it collapses).
