Sounds like the only reason your not going to be attending the Annual Meeting is because you're working with investment bankers that day!

Not a bad scenario. I failed to account for the joint venturing. Old age is hell!

Tor:
Realizing none of us really knows any particulars of this latest development, besides what we read..but isn't quite probable that the JV partner(s?) on the diesel subsidiary is DCI, and possibly Cummins, who have been mentioned in past filings as giving "excellent cooperation or having interest" ( can't remember the exact quotes and am too lazy to look it up) in the IVT Deisel applications???? I mean is it likely that DCI is going to let another mftr. produce a "Diesel Dodge Ram" equipped with an IVT???? or Am I just a simple Irishman ( no need to answer that one :).... I wish the Annual was today..you should get out to one???Hell I've got miles I'll send you some....:)

Torvecian, your IVT-DC financial model has been waking me up a nights with new questions.

1. Is your $20/share pricing pulled out of thin air or do you have other facts and figures that support such IPO pricing? Using a PE of 15 and what I'm guessing would be a reasonable gross margin, this IPO launches with something on the order of a quarter billion in revenue, doesn't it?

2. What impact does the low float have on TOVC in this model?

3. What on earth are we going to do with all the 'old' transmissions we're suddenly dropping in the scurry to meet the 2007 emissions standards?

Any thoughts?
