I learned long ago never say never. This is the market and ANYTHING is possible. I do think we've had SEVERAL chances to break out and see pennies and I think for whatever reason SP held back deliberately when the stars were aligned. I want nothing more than to see everyone succeed here, myself included, but that lies squarely on the shoulders of SP. If he would focus on being as transparent as possible about everything then OWVI has a chance at multiple pennies, even with a float of 2.5 billion shares.
Just my honest thoughts!!!
