IMO, these prices are a steal if they start paying down some of their short-term debt and getting some of those receivables paid. They can't continue to operate in the red. $1.5 million in short-term notes in 2009 -- can't have that. I'm expecting to see them make some headway in paying down these debts, as the revenues rise. If they do that, or announce some better terms, I'm turning my small position into a truckload.
