New "potential" investor to this...

Wondering if a long could help ease a few questions?

A very very large OS and it appears another 700 000 000 more shares could be brought into play.

A massive pump by retail stock sites. Usually results in a cliff.

For this great news being released, the board still feels dead.

Anyone helpful enough to address those issues?
