My fear Net is that after all the optimism at the CC regarding negotiations with carriers, all they have is RCN. The problem with RCN is that nobody (generally and broadly speaking) knows who they are!!! Hopefully, Frankie has a few surprises up his sleeve. Like I said before, the only positive spin I can put on this is that the last time I had concerns about the Q, we went from .0001 to .028. Hoping the second time is even better.
