My guess is that it is payment for the failure to uplist by the date. It doesn't seem to be much of a big deal, not as big of a deal as some others had thought. Looks to be under $2M, not to bad for the failure. I dont see to much in it anyway and it doesn't look like Pope does either. It has been over a month and no word from either Pope or JGBO. If the uplisting does come through all will be made up in a short time. I am now holding 10K and waiting.
