AL, the only thing that concerns me about that statement (or anything) from the 10-K is the fact that it flatly states their total assets and income as -5000.00 as of December 31, 2009. Even their office in Florida is basically listed as free space in a building that appears to exist just to receive mail. What I mean to say is: we know what their plans are, we know what their MO is and their business model. But have they actually executed any of it?
Is there an outside chance something, if anything, has happened between December and now? Would the 10-Q report on business activities between Jan 1 and now?
