MPDanford....yes indeed, things at times seem to parellel but down deep we feel differently but the past still lingers. RM got 1 year sentence in 2007 pending he can manage 2 years of good behavior. JM got even less. No doubt they walked away with pockets full and secured eslswhere where it couldn't be dug up. If you would like you can seen a email to [e-mail]. There has been far too many pluses with the type of professionals coming in here be it past or present so this has got to play out in a positive way.

Thanks for the kind words. Yep, I’ve been there right along with you (since DWCM days). I try not to stray from my comfort zone, which is why I won’t post about market-specific things. However, and I agree, the other posters on this board have really been helpful – especially with the financial and market aspects.

Again I agree with your Quest/Abbott comment. I’ve said it many times over – this thing changed 180 when I saw those two names associated with our little company. I’m also reading these HDVY blurbs in industry publications that are like the bible for clinical lab folks. Really, - the Laboratory Industry Reports & Washington’s G-2 reports have only mentioned companies that were relevant.

Hang in there. I’m sure our patients through this regulatory maze will pay off.
