I saw the tweet, but I just read the email. To me it sounds like ACT is confident that they will get the contract, but we may not see a contract for days (or at least until the oil leak is plugged.) BP has all attention on stopping the leak before taking action on cleanup, so why spend money on cleanup if there is still a leak? We shall wait, and we shall see. I'll keep loading up on the dips.

Blackhawks, one of the worst most vague emails I have seen from PSC recently. ALCH needs to provide some news to keep these levels. IMO Thanks for sharing.

PCS is just another P&D promoter and they hold millions of shares of ACLH. That's not good !!
