Thanks, this is really strange "public" company. It had just few (3?) trades since it was listed in Germany. Last trade: 4/30/2010 @1.65 http://www.boerse-frankfurt.de/EN/index.aspx?pageID=35&ISIN=CA98978A1093
I know for sure, Marushko and Chegenev/L'vov are kind of buddies and have been communicating often recently. So, I expected some kind of joint action from this two entities. But maybe they are too similar (if you know what I mean) for any kind of joint action.
