Maybe the did it because of all the speculation that there was news coming out this weekend about some big deal. Put a stop to that nonsense quick enough.
Exactly...I love all these new people that come into the stock, miss the bottom so just take guesses/bash/etc. I MUCH prefer the company at least getting the word out. We sat around for 3 years and got what maybe 5 PR'S? (1 in the last year) We see the timeline and ask ourselves....why did we never hear about this stuff!!? The company needs to promote...get there stock price to a respectable level and then they will be able to do what and public company does. Sell some shares in the .50 to 1.00 range and get some finacing for major expansion. They know this and this is why we have not seen any dillution since they took over back in 2005/2006.
