I agree with you Roger but I entertain the possibility that the non-Veltex owned portion of the Mill is owned by Matin and friends. If this is the case I suggest that the 18 million share price may well stand. Let's remember that Matin claims to have invested 7 million dollars of his own money in the business. Surely he did not invest it all in the US portion of the business. Perhaps he did?
