those erj pilots knew for over a year that johnny O. was trying to get rid of the ERJS.... This was common talk up in the flight deck for those poor guys. The case was lost on purpose... J.O. tactic to spin it a bit and make it seem like this wasnt we he wanted the entire time. The man is a ruthless business man....
