I'm having the same issues with one of previous poster.

200MT order was issued with little over $10,000 deposit had been made.

No shipment. No return of deposit for few months so far.

Series of lies and non-performances.

Their financial statement shows $$$$$$$$$ of working capital but cannot even return the small amount of deposited amount for months. What does it tell you?

I'm taking them to the court and reporting them to SEC/FBI for fraudulent biz activities.
