Found the same thing last night. APCVZ is a CVR for the acquisition of APP. FK Oncology is not a part of APP. Look at previous approvals for FK Oncology and you will see there was no PR from APCVZ.

OXALIPLATIN approval was for FRESENIUS KABI ONCOLOGY on 08/07/2009.

Search for 08/2009 and on 08/07/2009 you will see the approval.

For this approval, APP Pharma has released a PR 08/10/2009.
