Great info Insidejob007, it seems Doc is much smarter at running a business than some here will give him credit for.

$$$ is a problem for most these days, and has little to do with a lack of good ideas.

insidejob, so you're saying cashflow is still an issue for raw material purchases? I thought that was resolved last fall, was it not? Or did Whit mean he obtained enough cash to buy enough raw materials to get a truckload out and then once payment was received he could buy more raw materials? If that's the case then what are the terms for payment from CPS? 30 days? 60 days? 90 days? That would explain it all then. Any chance you can get more information on this it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

From what I heard, a truckload of fert sells for about $35k-$40k. What's the average cost of raw materials per truckload? I'm just trying to get a feel for the cashflow constraints here and exactly where the bottleneck is because if what you're saying is accurate then there is no way in hell Whit can post a double in fert sales like he's been projecting. Something just doesn't make sense. I was under the impression that they obtained enough funding last Q3/Q4 to be ahead of the ball this year and that, with last year's cashflow restrictions now lifted, they could really kick butt. But it looks like you're saying that is not the case.

I also heard they are running two shifts now, not just one. Maybe my sources are wrong. That's why I ask questions. Why should anybody trust what any one single person tells them? Does that make sense? Look at the Jim Jones/ Guayana thing way back when. That's where the Kool-Aid drinking thing came from in case anybody doesn't know. He convinced them all to commit suicide and drink his cyanide laced Kool-Aid. Sorry if it ticks anybody off in charge here but I'm not a Kool-Aid drinker and I ask questions and would appreciate answers instead of a hard time. If that's asking too much then the purpose of this board is being misunderstood and we should move on.

Thank you.

Good Morning All. Let's have a great day!

GO ITRO!!

Btw, if Doc was so smart at running the business then why is Guardian on the back-burner with no marketing plan? Why can't he get that rolling and in stores? Why develop such a great product and then not make deals to get it sold? Seems to me like he doesn't know or want to make deals to generate revenue. He'd rather have 100% of nothing than 50% of millions of dollars. That's his ignorance and arrogance and greed at work for ya. Btw, that's NOT keeping the shreholder's best interests in mind now, is it?
If he was such a smart businessman then he NEVER would have entered into the financing deal with NIR a few years back. That's what really killed us and still is to this day...but anybody new to the stock doesn't know about all of that. That's o.k. though. Ignorance is bliss. It's just that when that blissfulness starts ragging on the less ignorant that creates a problem.

Again, LET'S GO ITROOOOO!! Great time for a PR pre-market this morning! Let's see it, Whit!

sorry for writing a "book".
