GPG, you're of course completely right about an 8-K needing to be filed for any such material event.

Also, i'm going to retract my suggestion that the 10-Q for Q1 would involve any forecast of revs/income for remainder of 2010, for the 10-K expressly states (bottom of p. 9):

"Estimates of our future revenues and operating results are subject to inherent uncertainties.
Our short operating history and the rapidly changing nature of the markets in which we compete make it difficult to accurately predict our revenues and operating results."
