Good post recon. Its the truth, Dean's responsibility did not end because he got a run on the PPS. Doing the Hollywood thing with Brian reinforces the whole Money TV mentality of stock promotion thats been stinking up the joint for months! He certainly does not have the expertise to run any other company but his own. Yes the over hyping worked once but I think we are seeing the results of that over enthusiasm now. They even uncaged a high flying multi-million share holders to leak out "FDA approval is now not the question" threads on yahoo. What next a DVIS PolkA?

Bang on Recon.

The smart move would have been to use a firm with some expertise in getting FDA approvals (DOCRO for example) as consultants on this project. Such a firm might have advised Dean that it would be wise to actually have the thing working prior to submitting an FDA application. They might also have suggested that input from radiologists, doctors and the like, people who actually had a chance to use it, would be advisable. Over-prepare followed by over delivery as a corporate motto.

Dean's performance has been totally underwhelming to date (apart from the vision to develop this thing in the first place).

You couldnt have been more right with this post !If I remember correctly you are also working in IT and I have made begin January also some thoughts about their 32 to 64 bit platform issues. Their Dvis was just not ready in November, or to put it different...not mature. Too bad I realized this only too late of course.
Meanwhile, I still hold a small amount "just in case you never know", they might have sorted all of this out by now.
