Mesaq needs to conserve cash ASAP.Need to cut fixed costs.We should hear shortly on their plans.

Let say, mesa win the judgement, this existing contract will only last 1.5 years, and by that time, 50 seats fleets will be out of existence. They will be stuck w/ the 20 ERJs. So in a way, they are in a rock and hard place.
