What did Gately have to "turn over" that JBII does not already have?

Have you ever noticed that a replaced accounting firm is never very responsive to the new firm in turning over information?

I don't think that's the problem here....like they said in the NT-10Q...they haven't gotten some required info.....could be anything.......And they had to get a 10K out recently......that took a lot of work.......and they did it on time which was amazing condidering the different accounting methods used by each firm......Pak-It for instance didn't have a commonly used accounting system, but an in house system.......Amazing that they got the 10K out without delay........SO, we should cut em a little slack....there's a LOT of companies that are late with their 10Q......companies that don't have HALF the stuff going on that JBII does..........Bottom line is this is a Non Issue........z
